I'm not sure what the music vidieo is about, I have a rough idea, but I have to watch it a few more times to get a different perspective on the content.
I would interpret it like this:
Neptune is a symbol for water (god of the seas)
I think it all goes well with the element. I also find it melancholic, almost depressive. but i also see a certain restlessness in the piece (particularly because of the little ´´fight´´) as well as that you always see a certain movement in the video (which also has a very short temper)
The Diamonds of Neptune can also be seen as The Tears of Neptune
